REVIEWS

Exhale Centre provides beyond excellent care. The therapy I received was completely tailored to my needs. I loved working with a kinesiologist because of what I learned about my body, and tools to take home. I highly recommend the Exhale Centre team!

KAYLA
Client

12 sessions, full recovery! A sceptic at first but learning and implementing the exercises prescribed by Sue worked well. Back pain gone and posture corrected leading to more energy and better health. One of the most enjoyable parts was the friendly atmosphere and laughter in learning new movements. Thank you to Sue and Natalie for all their wonderful kindness. + Loved the surprise gift at the end of completion
