At Exhale Centre, we are a team of experienced Kinesiologists, Physiotherapists and Clinical Counsellors providing exceptional care. We strive to hold a safe space and provide support with exercise, activities of daily living, return to work, pain management and more. Working together, we create specialized programs to suite each person’s individual needs.
Our Team

Natalie
For over 20 years, Natalie has supported people across Kamloops, Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc Band, and surrounding communities through kinesiology and yoga therapy services, and now leads the team of professionals at Exhale Centre. Natalie is proud of her Indigenous and Scandinavian heritage and is dedicated to bridging the gap between health care and those in need.

Sydney
Sydney is skilled at assessment, and creates customized programs for home, gym, and workplace settings.
Sydney believes in the importance of fostering genuine connections with her clients. Born and raised in Kamloops, Sydney is deeply invested in giving back to the community. She is determined to leverage her skills and expertise to make a positive impact on the lives of those around her, empowering them to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Shae
With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a background in Psychology, Shae combines physical expertise with an understanding of the mental and emotional aspects of rehabilitation to empower her clients.
Shae’s journey into kinesiology was shaped by her experience as a varsity soccer athlete, where she personally navigated both physical and mental recovery. This experience ignited her passion for supporting others through their own rehabilitation journeys.

Nicole
Nicole has a deep-rooted passion for understanding the intricacies of the human body. Committed to holistic wellness, she embarked on a personal yoga journey which ignited her love for movement, leading her to complete a Yoga Teacher Training program.
Nicole adopts a client-centered approach, providing a diverse array of therapeutic modalities. Her comprehensive approach ensures tailored and effective support for each individual.

Cheryl
Cheryl completed her Master of Physical Therapy in 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She treats in a holistic manner, understands each person has a different path to healing, and customizes each treatment plan to the individual.

Joan
Joan creates a warm gentle counselling environment where clients feel respected and accepted. She strives to provide a space that is culturally safe and inclusive for all.
Joan is of mixed heritage Secwepemc and English settler but is very thankful to be able to share Secwepemlulew with people from all races, religions, and walks of life. She understands trauma, inter-generational trauma, and the importance of culture when it comes to healing.

Amraj
Amraj brings a wealth of experience as a counsellor and takes a client-centered approach. Her practice is focused on trauma and Amraj offers a diverse range of therapeutic practices, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)…

Nicholas
Nicholas’ expertise lies in trauma counselling, working with adults, youth and families in Kamloops, the Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc band, and nearby territories. He has done extensive work in trauma and addictions therapy, and is dedicated to helping people through life’s biggest challenges.

Nicole Robinson-Weaver
With over a decade of experience as a counsellor, Nicole Robinson-Weaver specializes in utilizing mindfulness-based cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) to address anxiety, depression, trauma, injury, burnout and more. Through a blend of compassionate inquiry and personal growth, Nicole assists clients in developing holistic strategies. These strategies foster greater awareness and self-compassion, enabling individuals to move forward authentically and feel more fulfilled in their lives.
Nicole views counselling as a transformative journey of self-discovery that has the potential to forever change lives. She extends an invitation to join you on this meaningful journey.

Lorraine
Lorraine brings 35+ years of diverse healthcare experience, specializing in oncology nursing, end-of-life care, and support for the elderly. With over 40 years of marriage, parenthood and grandparenthood, Lorraine blends life experience with formal training in her counselling practice.
