ABOUT ME
Meet Natalie Saari
Natalie Saari is a kinesiologist and case manager, working with people across Kamloops, the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc band and surrounding communities. Natalie is proud of her Scandinavian and Indigenous heritage, and is dedicated to bridging the gap between health care and those in need.
With over 20 years of experience, Natalie is a long-standing member of the BC Association of Kinesiologists. Her credentials include certification as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), expertise in Trauma-Informed Practice, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Having overcome significant challenges herself after a motor vehicle accident, Natalie brings a firsthand understanding of recovery to her practice, allowing her to support others along their journeys.
Natalie has completed multiple yoga trainings, and is a Registered Yoga Therapists through the International Association of Yoga Therapy (IAYT). Her commitment to making yoga accessible led her to develop various programs and workshops, including the creation of the television series Yoga For Everyday. This series takes a practical approach to yoga, empowering everyday individuals to enhance their physical and mental well-being.
Driven by her creative vision and compassionate heart, Natalie opened Exhale Centre in 2016, which serves as a safe and supportive space for healing and personal growth. Natalie and her team are unwavering in their dedication to providing exceptional care, conducting detailed assessments, and tailoring exercise and therapeutic practices to the unique needs of each individual. In Natalie’s world, healing is not just a profession but a profound commitment to enhancing the lives of those she serves.
