Our highly skilled counsellors are dedicated to their work, helping clients address a wide range of concerns, such as stress, depression, anxiety, panic, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), intergenerational trauma, addiction, anger & mood management, motor vehicle accidents, workplace injury, burnout, chronic pain, grief, loss, crisis and more.
