ABOUT

Kinesiology is the study of human movement and the interaction of the body’s physical and physiological processes. • Treatment Plans: Create individualized plans for treatment, exercise, work, sport, recreation, and activities of daily living.
  • Exercise Programming & Support: Customize exercise regimens to improve strength, flexibility, posture, coordination, etc.
  • Prevent & Manage Injuries: Advise on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies, often working with those recovering from injuries.
  • Educate & Empower: Provide education and tools for self-management, injury prevention and exercise progression to improve functional capacity of activities of daily living, work, sport and recreation.
